Long Island is a great place to live and work. I have lived here all my life and think I will stick around for many years to come! Currently I live on the South Shore of Nassau County and work throughout Long Island and New York City, as well as parts of Westchester, New Jersey and Connecticut. As a staging consultant, it is my job to fulfill home owners marketing aspirations for their residential and commercial properties. There are many local companies which provide quality home staging services, however, my approach is rather different than most. I understand the high cost of full service staging may be prohibitive for many of you out there and dealing with some of the “prima donnas” in this industry can be a bit frustrating, as well. I also appreciate the DIY philosophy of many enterprising sellers who like to do everything on their own. This is why I offer my services to those of you who can benefit from the skill and expertise offered by a professional stager and interior decorator, but would still not mind investing some sweat equity in their sales plan to save huge amounts of money and find effective staging solutions which work best for their family’s individual needs.

As a staging consultant, I will help you to find the strengths and weaknesses inherent to your property and work on optimizing the positive, while distracting from the negative. I will provide you with a comprehensive staging plan, uniquely designed for your home, and will detail all my suggestions in a personalized report prepared exclusively for your property. Finally, I will inform you exactly what you need to do to sell your home, by providing necessary and optional staging techniques including what you must to buy, what you need to do and how you need to do it. There will be no guesswork anymore once I am on the job! I will come to your home, photograph it and write up all my recommendations for creating the ideal atmosphere to whet prospective buyers’ appetites for your property.
